Which languages does Miracle of Mind support?

You want to know which language the app speaks before you give it your time.

A person sitting quietly with headphones during a guided meditation.

Here is what is confirmed, in short. The App Store version notes mention added languages including German, French and Marathi, and the full list was not shown1. The listing and version notes also mention offline meditation downloads2. Everything else below is marked unknown until you check it.

What is confirmed and what is not?

This table separates what is confirmed from what is not, so you can see how far each statement can be trusted.

QuestionStatusWhere it comes from
Are German, French and Marathi mentioned?Confirmed as mentioned in version notesMalaysian App Store listing
Is the full language list known?UnknownThe list was not shown
Is Malay, Chinese or English audio confirmed?UnknownNot in the sources we read
Are offline downloads mentioned?Confirmed as mentionedListing and version notes
Does offline work on your Android version?UnknownWe did not open Google Play

If a row says unknown, it stays unknown here until a source says otherwise. We will not infer audio support from a website being translated.

Why check audio, interface and content separately?

They are three different things. Audio is the voice in the meditation. Interface is the menus and buttons. Content is the written quotes and videos.

An app can offer its menus in your language while the voice is in another. That is why one line saying “supports multiple languages” would not help you.

Can I do this offline?

The listing and version notes mention offline meditation downloads2. The app shows how it works, which version offers it and how much storage it uses.

If you travel balik kampung through patchy coverage, download on Wi-Fi first and check that it plays with mobile data switched off.

Try this: a five-minute language check

Do this on your own phone, in the store and then in the app.

  1. Open the store listing and find the languages information near the bottom.
  2. Write down what it lists, and what it does not.
  3. Open the app and look for a language option in the settings.
  4. Start the meditation for a few seconds and listen: is the voice in a language you follow?
  5. Stop if it is not. Closing the app is a fine answer.

Is a translated website the same as translated app audio?

No. This website is written in more than one language, but that tells you nothing about the voice inside the app. The two are made by different people and do not have to match.

So read a language on one side as a separate question from the other. If you follow Malay, Chinese or Tamil on a website, check the app’s own listing and first screens before you assume the spoken meditation is in that language too. Our pages can help you decide what to check, and the provider’s own pages answer what the app offers.

Why does a translated app listing not confirm a practice language?

A store page can show its description in your language while the practice itself is spoken in another. The listing text and the meditation audio are separate pieces of work.

Look for a statement that names the audio language, or press play for a few seconds and listen. If you cannot tell, ask the provider through the official help route before you plan around it.

What if my language is not there?

Then you have a clear result, and you lose nothing. Our meditation timer works in English, Malay, Chinese, Tamil, Thai and Vietnamese with no sign-in. The guide on meditating without an app lists more.

Common questions

Is the guided meditation available in Malay, Chinese or English?

The version notes name German, French and Marathi as added languages, and the full list was not shown. Do not assume support from any website translation. Check the app's language settings and the store listing on your own phone.

Are audio, interface and content languages the same thing?

Not necessarily. The audio is the spoken meditation, the interface is the menus and buttons, and the content is the text, quotes and videos. An app can offer one in a language and not the others, so check each separately.

Can I use it offline?

The App Store listing and version notes mention offline meditation downloads. Look for it in the app itself, and download while on Wi-Fi.

Where should I look to confirm a language?

Use three places: the store listing's language information, the app's own settings and first screens, and the provider's website at isha.sadhguru.org. If none of them lists your language, the honest answer is that it is not confirmed.
