Plan a study week you can actually keep
You want regular study time at home, but some days have room and some days have none.

This planner turns “I should study more” into a week of sessions that fit the time you really have. It is for school pupils with a parent, students and adult learners at home.
What does the planner do?
You list your subjects and how many sessions each needs this week. You choose how long each session lasts, then set how much time you can study on each day. Days you set to zero stay as rest days.
The planner places sessions only where they fit, and spreads each subject across the week. If some sessions do not fit, it lists them openly so you can decide.
What if I miss a session?
Life happens. Press Missed it, move it, and the session moves to the next day this week with a free slot. It never pushes out another session. If the week is full, it joins the list of sessions not placed, and you can choose to drop it or find more time.
How do I use it?
- Write your subjects and the sessions each needs.
- Choose a session length.
- Set the minutes you can study on each day, including rest days.
- Press Make my week.
- During the week, use Missed it, move it whenever a session does not happen.
Tips for real weeks
Be honest about busy days. A day with a long commute or family plans may be a zero, and that is fine. Shorter sessions often fit better on school nights. Put the hardest subject on the day you have the most energy, not the most time.
If a week keeps overflowing, the plan is telling you something useful: fewer sessions done well beats many sessions half done.

What next?
Our study and learning guides have guides on revision, breaks and exam weeks. To plan a single full day, use the daily routine planner. To make study a habit, tie it to something you already do with the practice cue planner, and look back at the week with the weekly reflection sheet.
Common questions
How does the planner build my week?
You list subjects and how many sessions each needs, choose a session length, and set the minutes you can study on each day. The planner fills each day only up to what fits and spreads subjects across the week so you do not get three sessions of one subject in a row.
What happens when I miss a session?
Press Missed it, move it next to that session. It moves to the next day this week that still has a free slot. It never replaces another session. If no free slot is left, it goes to a list of sessions not placed this week, so you can decide what to do.
What if my sessions do not fit?
The planner shows the sessions that did not fit instead of cramming them in. You can lower the number of sessions, choose a shorter length, or add study time on another day.
Is it for children or adults?
Both. A parent can fill it in with a child, and an adult learner can use it alone. Rest days are kept as rest days when you set zero minutes.
Is my plan saved or sent anywhere?
No. The plan is made in your browser and nothing is sent anywhere. Copy or print it if you want to keep it.
