Clear your plans and bookmarks from a browser
You finished on a shared laptop, and you would like it to forget you were there.

Start with the planner’s own clear button. If you also saved bookmarks or want to remove site data, the browser steps below cover that. Doing it takes a few minutes and breaks nothing.
Take your time. Each step is small, and you can stop after any of them.
What might be saved on this browser?
Three things can stay behind after a visit.
- The practice tracker’s marks, kept in the browser for that site.
- Bookmarks you added.
- Browsing history and general site data, such as settings the browser stores for any website.
The other planners do not keep your entries after the page is closed. That makes the tracker the main thing to clear.
How do I clear the tracker?
This is the quickest step and the only one most people need.
- Open the practice tracker on the same browser you used before.
- Find the clear button and press it.
- Check that the marks have gone and the sheet looks fresh.
- Close the tab.
It affects only the tracker. Your other sites, saved logins and photos are not touched.
How do I remove a bookmark?
Bookmarks live in the browser, not on our site.
- On a laptop, open the bookmarks bar or bookmark manager, right-click the entry and choose Delete.
- On a phone, open your bookmarks or favourites, press and hold the entry, then choose Delete or Remove.
If you bookmarked a page you want to keep, rename it instead. A neutral name is enough.
How do I clear only this site’s data?
Use this if you want the browser to forget this site completely.
- Open your browser’s settings and look for Privacy or Site settings.
- Choose Cookies and site data, or See all site data.
- Search for blissful.com.my.
- Delete what appears for that site.
On an iPhone or iPad, the steps are in Settings, then your browser, then Website Data. Menus change between versions, so use the search box in settings if you cannot find them.
What is the mistake to avoid?
Do not clear data for all sites unless you mean to. That can sign you out of email, banking and social media, and it may remove saved preferences you like.
Read the options before you confirm. Choose the site you want, not “all time” and “all sites”, unless the device is truly not yours.
What about history?
History lists the pages you opened. If another person uses the same browser, you may want to remove the time you were there.
Open the history menu, choose Clear browsing data and pick the last hour or the last day. Next time, a private window avoids the need. Our guide to using a planner safely on a shared device sets out that habit.
When it feels like too much
If tidying up brings up worry about your privacy, it is fine to pause. A trusted friend, a family member or the device’s owner can help. Our support page lists where to start if the worry is larger than a screen.
A fresh start can be welcome. The gentle restart planner is a kind place to begin again when you are ready. And if you would like a short guided sit afterwards, Sadhguru’s free seven-minute meditation in the Miracle of Mind app is optional.
All privacy guides are on our accessibility and digital confidence guides.
Common questions
How do I clear the practice tracker quickly?
Open the tracker and press its clear button. It removes the saved marks from this browser and resets the sheet. You can then close the tab. This is the fastest route and affects nothing else on the device.
Will clearing site data sign me out of other websites?
It can, if you clear data for all sites. Clear only blissful.com.my instead, using your browser's site settings, and your other logins stay as they are. Read the options carefully before you confirm.
Do I need to delete my browsing history too?
History is separate from saved plans. If you share the device and do not want others to see which pages you opened, remove the history for the time you were there. Use a private window next time and you will not need to.
What if I cannot find the settings?
Menus differ between browsers and phones. Search the browser's help for site data or cookies, or ask the person who set up the device. The tracker's clear button works without any menu.
